Cancellations and Returns
As our products are produced to order, we regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it and refunds cannot be given. Consequently credit card authorisation and payment will be taken upon placement of orders. In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately.
Complaints Procedure
It is your responsibility to check your order carefully immediately on receipt of goods. In the unlikely event of goods being unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete you should accept delivery and contact us within 2 working days.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Whilst every effort will be made to meet customers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of causes beyond the control of Baked by Desa.
Image Accuracy
Every care has been taken to ensure that all prices and descriptions on our website are correct. In the case of error you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order. We apologise if this is the case.
Allergens and Nuts
All products are produced in nut environments and could possibly be contaminated with nuts. Please see our list of allergens and contact us if you need more information. Some of our cakes contain allergenic foods. Despite our best efforts, due to our kitchen environment, there is a risk that traces of these may be in other cakes that we make.
