those cookies are really soft and moist , you can totally taste that the chocolate chips in the cookies are very high quality ones, also they are not overly sweet unlike your normal chocolate cookies, which could be very sickly after a bite or 2, a perfect balance of Tahini and figs, which the flavors aren’t overpowering each other ( I was worried that the cookies might taste like a peanut butter cup) those are very delicious
